Qualifications
- 21 or older
- Healthcare practitioner in a patient advocacy role or
- Hospital and Departmental Leadership role
- Experience with Multidrug-Resistant Organisms (MRDOs) in a healthcare setting

Patient advocates
Patient advocates are those who ensure patients are receiving appropriate and adequate care and who facilitate interfacility patient transfers, with job titles such as:
- Case managers
- Social workers
- Patient navigators
- Health advocates
- Ombudspersons
Hospital and Departmental Leadership
Hospital and Departmental Leadership are those that who have influence in writing, coordinating/managing, and/or implementing policies regarding interfacility patient transfers, with job titles have the job titles of:
- Chief medical officers/medical directors
- Chief nursing officers/nursing directors/head nurses
- Chief operating officers
- Infection preventionists
- Risk managers
